Sir,
I have the honour to forward the
enclosed plan of part of the New Territories
showing enclosed in red lines an area which
it is suggested should, under certain conditions,
be alienated to the Imperial and International
Communications Limited for the purpose of
erecting a commercial wireless station.
2. I shall be glad to know whether you
have any observations to make on the question
of site from the point of view of defence.
